  • Yes. Walk-ins are welcome on Walk-In Mondays and other days based on availability. Same-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule.

  • A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required.
    Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
    Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting us may result in cancellation and a new deposit will be required.

  • Cash, debit/credit cards (processing fee applies), Zelle, and Cash App.

  • Arrive with clean, detangled, product-free hair, unless shampoo is included or added to your service.

  • Shampoo is included only with Exclusive With Tori styles and can be added to other services.
    Takedowns must be booked separately before booking your main appointment.

    • Braiding hair: included

    • Boho/human hair styles: hair available for purchase or bring your own

    • Specialty twists/crochet: please bring your own hair

    • Exclusive With Tori: all hair and supplies provided

  • Yes — we service all hair textures and ages 3 and above. Pricing is the same for all ages.

    Please disclose if hair is relaxed or color-treated when booking.

  • Most styles last 4–8 weeks with proper care.
    Touch-ups are available for select styles. We do not touch up work done elsewhere.

  • Please limit to one guest per client.
    Guests may bring food, and we offer complimentary snacks and drinks.
    Children must be supervised unless they are being serviced.

  • All services are final.
    If you are unhappy, please contact us within 72 hours for an adjustment at our discretion.

  • I recently visited 234 Braiding Lounge for hair services. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I dropped in to check out the location. I spoke with the owner, Tori who was very professional and informative about the offerings.
    After meeting with her I confidently booked my services online which was very user-friendly.
    My hair service for medium knotless box braids was booked with Yulexy. Yulexy is personable, punctual, and worth every dollar.
    The atmosphere is intimate but is designed with the customer-first offering water, juice, snacks, a small waiting area, various skilled stylist, and tv/entertainment. Not to mention the location is very clean.
    It was an absolute pleasure to patronize 234 Braiding Lounge and I highly recommend it to everyone.
    And yes, I love my hair.

She was spot on and my hair came out really nice. I got a lot of compliments the next day.
